Cooling system plastic pipe fittings and intake pipe housings are core components of automotive and industrial fluid systems, requiring excellent dimensional accuracy, pressure resistance, heat resistance and airtightness. Their complex internal structures (long flow channels, deep undercuts and side interfaces) cannot be demolded with conventional molds, making hydraulic core-pulling molds the ideal solution for mass production.

This mold is specially designed for forming cooling system pipe fittings and intake pipe housings. It adopts a high-stroke hydraulic core-pulling mechanism, combined with an optimized cooling and ejection system, to ensure stable production of high-quality products.
